DEPUTY MANAGER

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (+ sleep-in allowance when required)

Hours of work: 40 hours per week

 

This is a unique opportunity for the right candidates to have input into the process of setting up, and to be involved in the development of new children’s residential care services whose philosophy is to support young individuals from all backgrounds and to provide them with a safe and stable home environment. 

The overall aims are to support children and young people to develop and learn life skills, to enjoy and achieve and be the best versions of themselves. The children & young people you support may experience social, emotional and behavioural difficulties due to their past life experiences.

There will be opportunities for successful applicants to develop and progress their career within Sifaa, there are plans to open another home within 2024. 

This role will be directly line managed by the Registered Managers who have been recruited and are already in post, setting up the services. 

The Deputy Manager will be responsible for supporting children and young people to achieve their best possible outcomes in order to live a fulfilling life within a safe and nurturing environment, and support the day to day running of the home alongside the Registered Manager.

SENIOR RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT WORKER

Salary: £28,080 - £32,400

Hours of work: 36 – 42 hours per week

 

This is a unique opportunity for the right candidates to have input into the process of setting up, and to be involved in the development of new children’s residential care services whose philosophy is to support young individuals from all backgrounds and to provide them with a safe and stable home environment. 

The overall aims are to support children and young people to develop and learn life skills, to enjoy and achieve and be the best versions of themselves. The children & young people you support may experience social, emotional and behavioural difficulties due to their past life experiences.

There will be opportunities for successful applicants to develop and progress their career within Sifaa Ltd and move between services. The applicants should have at least 2 years’ experience as a Senior Support Worker There will be new opportunities when Sifaa opens another home in 2024 as well. 

This role will be line managed by the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager. Senior Residential Support Workers will be responsible for supporting children and young people to achieve their best possible outcomes in order to live a fulfilling life within a safe and nurturing environment. They will lead shifts, delegate duties and take accountability for their shift.

RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT WORKER

Salary: £25,700 - £29,700

Hours of work: 36 – 42 hours per week

 

This is a unique opportunity for the right candidates to have input into the process of setting up, and to be involved in the development of new children’s residential care services whose philosophy is to support young individuals from all backgrounds and to provide them with a safe and stable home environment. 

The overall aims are to support children and young people to develop and learn life skills, to enjoy and achieve and be the best versions of themselves. The children and young people you support may experience social, emotional and behavioural difficulties due to their past life experiences.

There will be opportunities for successful applicants to develop and progress their career within Sifaa Ltd and move between services. There are plans to open another service within 2024!

This role will be line managed by the Registered Manager, Deputy Manager and Senior Residential Support Worker. Residential Support Workers will be responsible for supporting children and young people to achieve their best possible outcomes in order to live a fulfilling life within a safe and nurturing environment.
